At Mad Candles, your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll make it right.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
To start a return, email us at info@mad-candles.com with your order number and reason for return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as expected, please email info@mad-candles.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos, and we’ll replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll confirm approval by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for damaged or incorrect items.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
• Used candles
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
